First things First - Before you begin sessions or classes at Move UP
Please sign up for a Free Consultation. It is important to us to spend this time with you. This session is for us to talk over pre-existing conditions and evaluate range of motion. It is also an opportunity to ask any questions. Please come in clothes that you can move around in comfortably. Exercise clothes are a good example. You will also need socks as the evaluation is done without shoes. Please fill out the client info form or come early so you can fill out the form in person. This is a One on One session with a Move Up Wichita coach. If you want a specific coach please be sure you schedule with the intended person.
Private Sessions are based upon the Level of Education and Experience of your Instructor.
The Private Session rate is 85$ per session. A package of 5 Sessions is $78 per session. The package of 4 Sessions is a reoccurring package at $80 a session. The best deal is the reoccurring 8 package at $75 a session.
Level 1 Private Session rate is $30 per session. A package of 5 Sessions is $25 per session.
Level 2 Private Session rate is $40 per session. A package of 5 Sessions is $35 per session.
Level 3 Private Session rate is $50 per session. A package of 5 Sessions is $45 per session.
Class Pricing Explained
A drop in, or one time purchase, mat class costs $11. We offer a 4 class package for $10 a class. But the best price is our auto renew package. You get each class for $8. This saves both of us time and money. It auto renews once you have used all 8 of your classes. We highly recommend you take at least 2 sessions a week. Either 2 private sessions, 2 mat classes or a combination of private and mat classes. This is the best maintenance routine!
